3790t stuck in fm test mode

every time i turn on my nuvi, i have to go into the secrete nenu and tell it to not be in GTM mode "7-test mode"

this is in the fm traffic status page. (from GTM status tab)
once i tell it to be norm, it works fine till i shut it off. i tried resetting and updating software, no luck.

You are not alone.
Mine has exactly the same situation.
They are swapping it out.
It seems that NO ONE knows the numeric value (if it exists) to enter when selecting "test" to do a complete reset back to normal functions.
