I have just purchased a Nuvi 500 about 2 weeks ago. Today I plugged it into the computer for load some routes to it. A screen pops up and asks me if I want to update the maps, I sau "Sure" and download the maps. NOW is the problem. I have huge areas of the map thatis just cross-hatched with no info. My POI's are gone. When I go to "Where to?>Address" it says "No Data Available". Same goes for "Intersections" It says "No Data Available"
What's the deal here?
I am also having problems with loading a route from BaseCamp to the Nuvi. I load it to the SD in the Garmin>GPX file but it is now where to be found on the gps!
