Uploading courses to edge 800

Hi
I'm a newbie to the edge 800, so sorry if this is a repeat question...

I'm trying to upload gpx courses to my edge via Garmin Training Centre. Once uploaded, I get a message saying that they have been uploaded but I cant find the courses anywhere in my GPS.

Any help?
