I have been riding with an Edge 705 then transferring my rides to Connect. All good so far!
I have bought an eTrex 30 and have successfully logged a ride using the HRM and GSC10. All good so far!
Only problem is I used the Stopwatch function as the ride included rest breaks. If I used the start/stop button on the 705 it accurately records the Avg Speed whereas the eTrex 30 seems to include the stopped time in its average speed calculation despite using the Stopwatch. As a result the column marked Avg Speed(Avg Pace) shows an accurate depiction of Avg Moving Speed for the 705 but the eTrex 30 shows Avg Speed including stopped time in the same column. Comprende?
Question is, is it possible to Avg Moving Speed in the column choices? This would go some way towards making Connect more usable for me.
