Garmin has no support

when I goto the garmin.com and click on myGarmin and then the dashboard it finds the device then says Gathering information (this may take several seconds) ...
well i have left it for 24 hours once and still never gathers the info .. maybe it should say Gathering information (this may take several days ) ... lol

Call them. They can do step by step troubleshooting with you.

i have emailed them many times no one even replies . they don't care they just want you to buy there gps and then that is it ...

I have always gotten an immediate confirmation of receipt email followed by a timely response from a representative.

In what way are you emailing them? To what email address?

the online thing i get the first email that says I sent it that's it . did it a bunch of times they are clueless .. anyways I fixed it on my own I just re installed everything on the Garmin again and now it works .. no thanks to Garmin ..

now i have a new problem with the FM antenna .. man my tom tom I had to 2 years always worked and still does .
