Charts on my Garmin Connect Page
Former Member
Does anyone know why I am not seeing charts on my Garmin connect page? I used to...I had a chart (graph) for heart rate, elevation and timing but now they are all blank. Any suggestions as to what I could try to get them back? Thanks.
Post a link to one of your activities for others to look at for you. Make sure that it is set to Public.
Note that each chart has a small arrow at the top left which will toggle between hide/display and the chart defaults to that setting when you display subsequent activities. Make sure that they're not just hidden in that way.
I see all of your charts, I think the issue might be with your browser, I know the site uses Flash for the charts, so be sure to check that you have the latest version installed... You can download the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
I'm having same problem. I think it might be the browser. The charts don't show with Mozilla Firefox but are ok in Internet explorer.
If I toggle disabled enabled elevation correction under additional infomartion, hey presto the charts appear in Firefox, don't know why. It is a bit of a pain having to do every time though.:)
I have the same problem. I cannot view the map or charts yet the activity details have been downloaded (time, speed, heart rate, etc). I think it may be a lack of support for the older version of Garmin Connect which I still like to use. The map and charts appear when viewed in the modern view.
