Intermittent Traffic Icon

I’ve had a Garmin 1340LMT for 7 weeks now and used it almost every working day…to this day I have seen the traffic icon only twice, (highlighted in green) which is rather disappointing as this is one of the most useful tools.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a solution?

Hi Mark.
That is a good question Mark and thank you for the link. I suspect I have a faulty connection though to my power lead as I spotted, quite by accident this morning that the red power indicator wasn't lit… and then it was, which may affect the performance as the antenna is built into this lead. I’ll have my local garage check out the power socket. I’d do it myself but it’s a company car :)
