Getting a "Missing Software" message on my Forerunner 210... HELP!

One day a few weeks ago, I connected my watch to my Mac and a Garmin website opened up in my Safari browser. It directed me to update the latest version of the Garmin software for my watch... so I did. Then everything went to ***...

I got some error messages and nothing was working. When I emailed Garmin, they told me to wipe out my watch's software by turning off, holding both start/stop and lap reset, then turn it on, and release the start/stop after the first beep, and release the lap reset after the second beep. I tried these steps multiple times. What happened is that it did wipe out the software from my watch... now, my watch shows a "Missing Software" message and nothing works!!

I emailed Garmin again and they said to download the webupdate, which I did. I reconnected the watch and hit update, but at the end of it, a message says that the file is corrupt and it stops the update...

What should I do next? Any help?
