Charts are blank

Both my heart rate and timing charts are blank, and I can't figure out why. I've tried reloading the page, looking at different activities, etc, but they are always blank. Any suggestions on how to get them to show data? Thanks in advance,

Do you have a script or flash blocker running ?

Not that I know of. I have google toolbar, and ie9. Both of them block popups, but I don't know that they would block flash. I'll try to see if one of the security setting in ie9 makes sense. If you know which one I should look at, that would be great. Thanks!

In IE 9, go to
Tools > Internet Options.
Click on Programs Tab, and then click on Manage Add-ons.

My add-ons list includes Adobe Shockwave Flash Object (enabled). It's my understanding that Flash Player is what displays the charts, so if you don't have that listed or if it is disabled, that could be your problem.

Thanks for the reply. The is there and enabled, but still not working. I tried changing the security settings to medium, but that did not work either.

Ok, something else that seems to solve phantom problems with IE is turning on Compatability View.

See Tools > Compatability View Settings.

Make sure that garmin.com is included.

Beyond that, I don't have any more ideas. Sorry.

I also see many charts blank. Mostly on older activities for me. Activities from my 305 seem to mostly be missing charts, while my 310xt (started using in 7/2010) does not show problems with any that I have found yet.

I'd say 80% of the activities from 3 years ago are missing them. Newer activities seem to still show the charts.

If I export the TCX of an activity without charts it looks like the data is all there... just not being plotted by GC.

I've got an email open with support who has so far claimed it is isolated to a few of my activities. I disagree, have pointed them to more activities and now this thread.
