Downloaded map not showing in BaseCamp

I downloaded a Garmin country map to the SD-card in a GPSmap 62S. The map (including all details) works fine in the 62S, but when connected to the computer (Windows Vista) it is not presented in BaseCamp, only a popup window telling that The *.img file is there and "No map printing". It's a bit difficult to create a new track or route without the map!
Does anyone know how to get the map on-screen in BaseCamp?

Found my mistake

Thanks DONALD01. The problem was actually me not selecting the topo map in the View tab. After finding and doing that everything works just fine.
