The device does not start up or get detected on my PC. I tried reloading the software though updater and .rgn but it simply doesn't get detected.
All my custom routes are gone forever. I feel so helpless, it seems like a paper weight to me now. I tried online support but all they say is try reloading the software, it all happened one day before the ride and I had to cancel it.
I am not sure if its only me or other Dakota users having same problem?
