Can I save a Course from GC to my computer to open with Training Center?

I want to save a course I have in GC to my computer so I can use it with training center. Can this be done?

...and I'd like to do just the opposite: Import activities to GC from GTC (or my FR305).

How can I do that?

I would also like to manually download the courses created in the new course creator since there is no plugin for chrome on linux for my 705.
