Maps rendering incorrectly in Firefox 6.0.2

For some reason, the embedded route maps aren't showing up correctly in Firefox. Using Firefox 6.0.2 on Windows 7 x64, I get this:

Chrome and IE 9 both display correctly like this:

Anyone able to duplicate this? Ideas?

I can confirm that in Firefox 6.02 the map control labels are not being displayed. If I hover over the controls it will show the choices and I can click on these buttons to change the view but the labels are not being displayed.

Here is how it looks in Firefox:

Here's how it looks in IE:
  • Thanks JONEISEMAN, just sent an email to Garmin support, maybe they'll take a look. Just one more reason to go back to Google maps if you ask me :D
  • Here is how to do that now.

How to fix Garmin Connect and bring back Google Maps

    Mozilla Firefox:

    Install Greasemonkey
    Install Garmin Connect Google Maps

Yeah, I had that greasemonkey script installed but since it doesn't change the Player map I uninstalled it. Gfix doesn't change the maps in the Player either though, so maybe it's not that simple to do. In my email to Garmin, I took the opportunity to complain (politely) about the switch to Bing. The response was very obviously a canned response that had been sent MANY times :(
  • It appears this issue has been fixed with the 9/14 update to Garmin Connect. :)
