Music files ZUMO 600

I just got a new ZUMO 600. The music that comes supplied with the unit (on the internal memmory Drive G does not appear in the unit. I am unable to any play music that I have loaded to the G Drive not the K Drive (Micro SD Card) Any suggestions please? Thanks

Be sure your battery is fully charged. Will not play music if battery is weak...
