Activities still won't upload from 310xt

I haven't been able to automatically upload activities for several weeks now. I have to perform manual uploads. Is this is a known issue or just me?

    At least you can upload manually. I cannot upload from my 305 through USB and cannot upload manually from the computer. Very frustrating. I switched from Nike to Garmin because of the Nike web site, but I never had problems uploading.

    Update:
    Garmin responded to my email and suggested that I delete all internet history and temporary files. It worked. Uploading again!

    I'm having the same issues. I got the device to upload data after a "hard reset". I've had to that that twice now. Honestly the only good thing about my experience with garmin is that we decided to wait to buy my wife's device. I'm soooo glad because we did I am definitely NOT coughing up another $500.00 for such a poorly engineer device!
  • I have similar problems with my 310XT.

    Now I got server error according to ANT Agent.

    Uploaded from Garmin Training Center. Although upload is possible, data is not correct and I get the extra lines from the start/end of the interval path in a custom workout back to the starting point. This also gives incorrect distance and altitude data:





    Have tried uploading from Garmin Connect several times but it goes on forever and never finishes.

    The only working upload gives me corrupt data.

    I've lost my patience with Garmin and although my 310XT is excellent, I can no longer recommend Garmin due to all the upload problems the last couple of weeks.

  • Automatic FR 310XT upload to GC no longer works and FW 3.7 has created problems too

    I also have been unable to upload ever since the GC site was updated a few weeks ago. Called customer service (note: which has ALWAYS been excellent) and was told that it is a known problem. That was 2 weeks ago. I also updated to the 3.7 firmware as was suggested for the 310XT. Now I can no longer call up the map of the current route/course I'm running. The heart rate monitor now frequently does nOT get recognized at all even after re-pairing, etc. Only turning the FR on and off a couple of times seems to resove the issue. In addition, The 310XT get hung up all the time now...e.g. delayed response when I select a button on the watch, delayed response when turing the unit on, etc. This is very very frustrating. I want to highlight that until 3 weeks ago, I have praised GARMIN to anyone and everyone who will listen as I have had only the best customer service experience when I've had issues in the past. However, this latest fiasco has been drawn out for an unreasonable amount of time. Something needs to be done. Either provide customers with an option to verter back to the previous firmware version and revert back to the last stabel version of GC, or get the problems fixed now. Either solution would work for me. I am much happier with a working older version thatn a new one that breaks everything.:mad:

    Hi,

    I gave up on Garmin Connect, no point in strugling. Change to strava.com instead, it works perfecty together with ANT.

  • I can sync with Ant, downloads my activities then disconnects disables pairing on both ant and Garmin 310 XT and Connect says "No device found that supports Courses" I am on the verge of giving up on the rubbish they keep pumping out, half written firmware, the whole Wireless "Ant" technology appear total unworkable rubbish
