Custom Workout not Uploading

Wife & I have had this issue with each of our FR 310XT's. Set, saved, 'Do workout'...go to upload and Garmin Connect fails. Then, try to do a manual upload, and all other data will transfer except the Custom work out data.

Anyone else have this issue on the 310XT and the custom workout?

I have had this issue, amongst other things - and have for about 2 and a half weeks.

If it's not uploading in Garmin connect I try and upload it to Training Centre and then export tcx file from there. Only once have I completely lost data.

No problem here generally. Main problem is the auto upload to Garmin Connect. But there is a fix on the way for that that works.

How are you stopping the workout? What do you do when you finish the workout?
