Where to find garmin support?

Hi all!

I own a number of Garmin devices, 530hcx, oregon, and just got a forerunner 610.

In JUNE of 2009, we have a sticky in the watercooler that says
"While we will be adding sections for all of Garmin's products and services in the coming months, the forum is not currently set up to assist properly with the entire product line. If you have a question regarding a non-fitness/non-Garmin Connect issue, you may want to contact support directly."

OK, its 2 years later. I can't find forums for the other garmin products. Does anyone have any such links?

Questions such as:
If the screen on the oregon is scratched, where do I contact to get it repaired?

I changed computers and don't have my Rino software or box anylonger, where can I download the included software?

Can I pair the newer dog collars with my Rino 530 or do I need to have TWO garmin devices, one to track my buddies and one to track my dog?

And so on.

I can't find the appropriate forums that have users for these devices that could help out, I can old find these fitness forums.

There is a Yahoo group for the Rino. Users might be able to help you there.

So there are no offical Garmin support or user forums for any of their trail devices?

Seriously?

Forums on cool things to do with your Garmin GPS, geochaching with Garmin devices, how to read maps into your trail device, what topo maps are best or available for Garmin devices ....

nothing?

So garmin has just abondoned all of its car and trail devices on the internet? Garmin ONLY provides forums for the fitness products?

That seems so bizarr.

I'm confused. I posted the link to Garmin Support for you. So why do you now say that there is no Garmin support for your trail device? Did you call them?
