My garmin 310xt is frozen. It will not turn off, and none of the buttons work. Also, I ran a race on Saturday, and it shows on the device, but it will not upload. I uploaded a workout today, but Saturday's workout will not upload? Any suggestions about either issue?
Lap + mode should reset your 310xt without losing the data (just had to do it to mine).
Also, uploads have been working sporadically to the Garmin site since about 7/31 due to their attempted site changes and related issues. For now, you might have to (sometimes) use the "upload" button on the activities page to get your workouts online.
There is an option from the upload page to just transfer selected activities (but "all new" should catch the missed workout, too).
My 310XT froze on me while charging the battery. No buttons work. It's stuck on the main screen. Lap + Mode turns it off then on, back to the main screen but still NO BUTTONS WORK! Can't even turn it off. HELP!!
