310XT AutoStart

Would love to see a feature whereby if you start biking (or running) the 310XT will automatically start recording. This would be great for idiots like me who power on the watch and then forget to press start at the beginning of a long days bike ride.

Seriously? How about disable the power-button too and always keep it powered on in case you also forget to turn it on?

There is a feature to stop the timer while you're not moving, but that doesn't help you to start it.

Sarcasm aside, probably a bad idea since that would make the GPS drain your batteries real fast. Constantly checking your position to see if you started moving would do that. A better solution would probably be an option to set the watch in a "reminder mode". Something like this: when powered on and the timer is stopped, you would be given audio and buzzer notifications every minute or 30 secs to remind you to start the timer.
