Time-saving defaults and copying

My main bug-bear with Garmin Connect is the way that things just take significantly longer than I would like them to - and longer than they should in a well-designed piece of software. So I would be very grateful if the following could be implemented:

1) The ability to set defaults for "activity type" and "event type" fields: for the vast majority of users I suspect "training" should be the default for "event type"... and having to set this manually for every single entry is a major nuissance.

2) Auto-completion during typing or selection from a drop-down list or similar for the name of a session based on the past 10-20 sessions logged, bearing in mind that most people will e.g. have a few preferred routes that they do regularly, and I certainly don't want to have to type out the name of my route 2-3 times a week.

3) Similarly, and especially for sessions which are manually added to the log, without data from the GPS device, it would be good to have a way to quickly copy / duplicate a previous session, again with e.g. a drop-down menu of options based on the last few sessions logged. It should be possible to record that you have done a session you did last week again within a few clicks rather than having to eneter all the details from scratch.

I hope you will give this suggestions some serious consideration.
