Unable to Upload

My Dashboard is stuck in 'Loading' mode and does not give me the option to upload new activities. And last week, on uploading, GC uploaded every single ride again (almost 2 years worth) from my Edge 500 as Untitled activities. I had to manually delete through 12 pages of duplicates.

I've been getting the message about new features and bugs identified for several days now and would like to know if there is some official communication or update from Garmin as to what is going on and an ETA on the fix. :confused:

I just checked and this appears to be a Firefox only issue. I am normally on FF 5.01. I just logged on the GC using Safari and it does allow me to upload. I'm still nervous about it re-loading duplicates, so I will be manually selecting for now.

I've had the same problems using Safari. I haven't been able to upload for over a week. Every time, I get an error in Garmin ANT Agent saying that it was unable to upload due to server error. This is getting annoying because it's always worked well prior to the last update. Any help would be appreciated.

I posted this in another thread for someone with a similar problem. Was told that it worked. You might give it a try. Good luck.

Your data might have been transferred from your device to your computer but not forwarded on to Garmin Connect since Garmin Connect was unavailable at that time.

Try using the "Upload Selected" option in the Garmin Connect Upload screen.

If your missing activities are listed, check the boxes for them, and then click on Upload Activites to pass them on to Garmin Connect manually.

Since you have a Mac, you can use Training Center to send your activity to Garmin Connect. It works well and only takes one step. Go to File > Send "activity name" to Garmin Connect....

im still not able to upload activities. Neither manually or by sync. Is the issue still with the service or do i need to fix anything?

Manually ive tried from firefox and explorer.

Unable to upload custom workouts

Have a Garmin 310xt which behaves erratically sometimes and recently I have been unable to upload custom workouts - sooo frustrating! Can view them in TC, and also directly from the device - but when trying to upload to Garmin Connect it just hangs (have tried via automatic setting and manually but without success)

As an aside, all other activities in the last week have uploaded fine, but the two custom workouts that I have done this week are refusing to budge.

Any guidance would be very much appreciated

Garmin Connect hangs loading Bing Maps

This problem started a few weeks ago. Garmin connect hangs while loading bing maps, preventing me from uploading, viewing or doing anything. Can't find a fix. Garmin what's up?
