Unable to Upload

My Dashboard is stuck in 'Loading' mode and does not give me the option to upload new activities. And last week, on uploading, GC uploaded every single ride again (almost 2 years worth) from my Edge 500 as Untitled activities. I had to manually delete through 12 pages of duplicates.

I've been getting the message about new features and bugs identified for several days now and would like to know if there is some official communication or update from Garmin as to what is going on and an ETA on the fix. :confused:

I just checked and this appears to be a Firefox only issue. I am normally on FF 5.01. I just logged on the GC using Safari and it does allow me to upload. I'm still nervous about it re-loading duplicates, so I will be manually selecting for now.

    It's not working for me either using Safari or Chrome in OS X, so it's not just FireFox.

    Same here. I was able to load my new activity to Training Center however.

    Seems like ongoing issues with the GC software/servers still.

    I'm using IE and it is staying on uploading forever but never completing. Wont upload manually either.:(

    i just noticed that their top-of-page message now says this:

    We apologize for the incovenience, but Uploads have been disabled temporarily.
    We are working to re-enable this as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience as we work through these issues.

    I was able to upload a new activity via IE 8 about an hour ago. But that was after a few unsuccessful attempts of upload errors or constant 'Loading' status.

    But I have had no luck using the Ant Agent - "Activity transfer to Garmin Connect failed due to server error."

    Today's ride finally uploaded successfully.

    It seemed to upload in the usual amount of time, so maybe (hopefully) things are getting back to normal.

    I just got mine to upload and got 3 "extras" (2 runs and 1 bike ride). One run from Pordic, France and another from Warsaw, Poland. Also have a bike ride from Seattle. :eek: Wonder if these three people are "missing" these runs/bike ride that was uploaded to my account.:confused:

    That's just weird Garmin and borderline creepy.

    Top of page message this morning reads:

    "We have temporarily removed the ability to delete activities from the Activities tab.
    We continue to work to return the site to full functionality as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate your continued patience as we work through these issues."

    It appears the Upload feature is now there, just no way to delete duplicates if they load. I'll find out later after today's ride....
  • I uploaded to GC and found a duplicate, one of which I deleted. Unfortunately the remaining activity does not have any mapping information.

    I've had the same problems using Safari. I haven't been able to upload for over a week. Every time, I get an error in Garmin ANT Agent saying that it was unable to upload due to server error. This is getting annoying because it's always worked well prior to the last update. Any help would be appreciated.
