My Nuvi 2360 is dead

My nuvi 2360 died this morning. It was very slow to boot up initially after I first started the car. Next, I noticed that it was not registering current MPG (transmitted from my EcoRoute HD) correctly. It was very slow to turn off after I arrived at my destination and turned off the engine. When I next started the car, it would not turn on. I cannot turn it on manually. When I connect it to my PC via the USB cable nothing happens. I have owned this GPS for less than a year. I have emailed Garmin support and will call them on Monday, but in the meantime I'd like to know if anybody else has had their Garmin GPS die on them, and what they think the problem might be.
