Connect no longer works in Google Chrome

It worked perfectly up until yesterday. Now there's no upload button, and the dashboard is perpetually "loading". Tried reinstalling the plugin, but it's still the same.
It works in IE, but I hate resorting to such a useless browser.

Works fine for me on version 13.0.782.107 (Windows 7), including the Gfix plugin ;)

There was a problem with my Chrome. Preferences file invalid. Apparently a known issue that Google haven't worked out a fix for yet, but there's a workaround. Got it working again.

    What's the workaround

Garmin Connect is not working in my Chrome 13.0.782.107 m (Win7) in the way that you describe. (Well today it came up in German.) What's the work around for the preferences?

Same thing happened with me, it turned German.
Locate the folder named Default in the Chrome system folder. I'm on Vista, so my path is C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data, should be about the same path on W7 i guess. Rename the Default folder (e.g. Default Backup), and next time you launch Chrome, the program will make a brand new Default folder. Keep in mind that this will erase anything you have stored in Chrome (history, usernames and passwords and such).

Me too. I cut and paste the data summary from Chrome into Excel and IE puts it in some odd format. Bring back Chrome support.
