Failing to upload to GC

My 310XT is currently failing to upload to GC. The problem started last night and seems to still be an issue. It always fails as it transfers history data and the reports a "failed due to server error" message in the status area of the ANT agent.

I have 2 ant dongles and 2 macs, 1 mac runs lion, the other snow leopard. I get the same issue on both. I have told the 310XT to transfer all, it still fails.

Anyone got any ideas ??

    Deleted items shown in dashboard

    I have looked at the dashboard again. The items that are on there appear to be deleted items. They are the small tracks that are created when you turn your unit on before using it. All the tracks are located at my house.

    There does not appear to be any news from Garmin on the problems or when they expect them to be resolved.

    Anybody got any feedback? :confused:

    I have the same issue, but I can upload by using the "Upload" button on the Garmin Connect dashboard... a little annoying, but not much of a problem as long as my workouts end up online.

    Still haven't heard anything mate - I have exactly the same issues (and have done for over a week now) :mad:

    I'm also having upload problems, but I'd rather Garmin concentrate on sorting things out instead of replying to the thousands of folk that have probably been emailing them.

    Have you tried using the Upload Selected function in Garmin Connect?
  • my 610 just automatically downloaded to garmin connect. It paired up with ANT fine, and everything worked like it was supposed to. First time in a week. Hopefully it will continue.
