Verify that your activities are marked public.

When you display an activity, there is a small padlock icon, located just to the left of the word "share". The padlock has to show as "open" before anyone else but you can view your activity.

Clicking the padlock will toggle it between public and private.

Note that on the Settings page, you can set the default privacy setting for your new uploads. Previously loaded activities remain unchanged when you change your default in the Settings page. You would still have to change those individually.

I searched in Explore to find your activities.

I then signed out and used this url and I was still able to view your activity.
    http://connect.garmin.com/activity/100957383

    How exactly are you "sharing"?

I sent a share by mail: try this http://connect.garmin.com/activity/103824998#.TjlqQ5moEGM.email

and you will see only this:

You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 103824998.

    That seems strange.

I signed out of Garmin Connect.

Then I clicked on your link.

And I still was able to view your activity "Hochries - Riesenhütte " with no error messages.

now it works. Don't know why. could it happen that due to change back to an older version of the site, privacy was changed by accidence?

Anyway, thanks for taking care and help!
    :)

You are welcome. I'm glad that it is working, and thanks for letting me know.

And yes, it quite possibly was just another quirk caused by the recent site updates.
