I bought an Edge 500 about two months ago, and have been using Garmin connect with no problems. In the past two weeks however, I am unable to upload new activities. I receive the following message:
UnsupportedDataTypeException: Your device is not supported by this application.
However, I have updated the Garmin Communicator plug-in, which is recognizing the device, when plugged into my PC (running Win7 Home Premium), and after checking again, am running the most recent version, along with updating the firmware for the device.
Cannot determine the problem. Anyone have a similar issue?
