Garmin 265W problem

Hello I have Garmin 265W and my problem is:

Screen keeps the "GARMIN" startup logo for 3 sec, and than I have black screen...and nothing happened (I thing that garmin start to boot system than fall)... I have not access to garmin over usb because I can't power on to get access...

What to do???
