nuvi260w download problem

Yesterday I bought once nüMaps

City Navigator ® NT North America 2012, but I can not download. I follow the instructions but the process is frozen at the step "Preparing to update the maps" because never ends the passage: "Checking compatibility":confused:

Were you able to ever get this fixed? I'm having the same problem. I have a nuvi 200W and I'm trying to update to the 2012 North America Maps. I'm stuck at "Checking Compatibility..." too. :confused:
