Does anyone has a history file example (HST)

Hello,

does anyone have a history file from earlier days? I have written a tool which allows to convert actual history files TCX to GPX and into the other direction, but I also like to create files in the older history file format.

Therefore I would need a description of theHST file format or, even better, an example file.
