MapsSource routes on my Zumo 210

I have made some routes on MapSource. In MapSource I uplouded the routes to my Garmin Zumo 210. I cannot find a menu on the Zumo 210 to see (and follow) my self made routes. Who can help me?

I don't need anymore help. The Dutch Garmin helpdesk hase showed me the right way. Thanks.
