Uploading tracks with Browser Communicator plugin does not load my HR data

I have been using the Internet Explorer Garmin Communicator plugin to upload activities, from a Garmin Oregon 300, but my heart rate data is not included. I have to make a Manual Upload and select the Current.gpx file to maintain the Heart Rate data
