24 Hour Clock Issues

Scenario:
Edge 800 set up to use the 24 Hour Clock.
Edge 800 captures Health Data from Tanita BC 1000.
Edge 800 is connected to Mac to upload Health Data to Connect.
Connect > Settings > Display > Time Format previously set up to use 24 Hour Clock. Connect does seem not have an automatic Summer DST setting so GMT has been selected because at least times are correct for approximately half of the year. Also unsure about the effect of manually changing the Time Zone on the appropriate days, as to whether it will change all existing times or just ongoing times.
Health Data displays as expected except that if any Data Point on a Graph is hovered over the Time Detail displays as 12 Hour Clock Time with AM or PM.

Perhaps I have missed something?
Although it is ‘no big deal’ why go to the bother of having clock settings and not carrying them through the entire system?
I can live with the lack of DST setting and wish UK would dispense with it period. However since the Time Data from the Satellites set up the Edge 800 correctly this makes Connect seem a little less than precise?
