Data from Sport Tracks

Is it possible to load data from Sport Tracks into Garmin Connect. I have been using ST for a while now and have just seen how much better Garmin Connect is and want to transfer data across? is this possible?

What device do you have? If ANT Agent used then all the files will likely still be on your computer and can be uploaded direct to GC.

Otherwise I suspect it'll be a tedious job exporting files as .tcx and importing them.

Interesting you prefer GC over ST. Bing maps must be working for you :D
