Just got the Edge 500. Took it on it's first ride yesterday. Cannot upload from Garmin Connect. I'm using a one yr old laptop with Windows 7 and I did install the software. The website recognizes the Edge but gives me this message "UnsupportedDataTypeException: Your device is not supported by this application. Can anyone help?
