Old data in Connect no longer showing map/charts

I've noticed that some of my old workouts (last fall) no longer show the maps and charts (heart rate, timing, elevation) etc. Is there a known reason for that? Most of my entries are marked private, but I've tried marking some as public and still nothing is shown. I have other friends' links from over 2 years ago that show maps/charts, so there is there a setting?

i have same problem

While my workouts upload, the charts for heart rate, elevation and so on are missing on both my new and old workouts. I have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling all the garmin software.

I have installed Ant Agent 2.1.9 and am running OS 10.6.8 with a Forerunner 405CX. In Garmin Connect, none of my workouts are rendering the charts, graphs or tables correctly, either in Activities or the Player.

In the individual workouts in Activities, the Charts (Elevation, Heart Rate, etc) become obscured with wide horizontal bands of color when I attempt to use the mouse point to a particular spot on the chart. This is not a computer hardware issue; the trackpad and mouse work fine with all other applications. I cannot read the charts in Garmin Connect..

When I attempt to run the Player, none of the labels or buttons above the map are rendering, and the level meters at the bottom (heart rate, elevation, speed, etc) are not labelled and are being shown compressed and not rendering. I cannot read the level meters.

This started about a month ago and has not abated. I have re-downloaded the 2.1.9 several times to no avail. The dialog box for ANT Agent is showing a Mail icon with the message "Detected new data to send to device". My device is pairing with ANT Agent but this icon and message will not disappear.

What is the problem?

I have the same issue. Earlier this week I updated my Forerunner 610 to the latest firmware but the envelope is still there, trying to tell me something but I don't know WHAT...
