Automatically go to myGarmin when unit is connected?

I have an Oregon 550t using Windows XP with SP3 and Chrome as the default browser.
When I connect my 550t to my pc, is there some way that I can get it to automatically go to the web page for my Garmin? Or any other web page for that matter.
This would be a nice way to make sure I always checked for map and device updates.
