Nuvi 2360lt problem

When the power button is pressed a white screen with a dot appears. Each time the dot is pressed another dot pops up. This happens continuously and the device does not start. I have done the following:
1. Press the power button and simultaneously press the lower right corner of the screen.
2. Press and hold the top left corner of the screen with and without pressing the power button.

It won't boot up.
Any suggestions.

Isn't it a screen calibration? :)

Problem solved. I contacted Garmin South Africa, and was assisted. You have to do the screen calibration cycle twice. Start where the dot is and do the cycle twice until the unit says cycle complete. Press ok and it was sorted.
