Newbie Question: Tracks are not Uploaded

Hi:
I have purchased Oregon 550. Last weekend I have recorded my first track. When I push "Upload" button I get the message " No tracks found", but I see my track on the device itself. The solution probably is very simple, I appreciate your help!
