It would be nice to be able to email a GPX file to a particular address and have a activity automatically created with the GPX. Perhaps the subject line could be defaulted to the activity name. This would be helpful if you use a GPS device or application (like the iPhone apps "MotionX" or "Cyclemeter") that generate GPX files, but don't have a webapp to upload the maps to. These apps often allow you to email GPX files to yourself when you can then upload to Garmin Connect or another service, but if you could email or fwd them directly to Garmin, that would cut out one annoying step.
A couple ways this could be done:
1) Have a generic, shared address (like [email][email protected][/email] or something) that anyone can send GPX files to. The "From" address would be linked to a Garmin Connect account, and an activity would automatically be created for that account. This is similar to how tripit.com works - anyone can send/fwd an email to [email][email protected][/email] and if you have a TripIt account, it will be updated automatically.
2) Make a personalized email address for each user ([email protected]) to send files to.
