62st and Heart monitor

I have been trying in vain to view heart rate data from my 62st paired with the premium heart monitor. I want to analyze the data on my routes. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to view the info for analysis. I've tried opening the track on Mapsource, Basecamp and Garmin Connect with no luck.

Fix

I downloaded the latest Base Camp software and can see the heart rate, but when i import the data to Garmin connect it will not show heart rate info. I'm hooked up to the 62st with a USB cable but no luck getting the data out of it.:(
