Does 550t need wpts files from Pocket Queries

I have a 550t. I also get Pocket Queries from geocaching.
The file that gets sent to me has two files in it.
They are both .gpx files. One has the addition of '-wpts' in the file name.
The note says that contains 'supporting waypoints'.
Should I be saving both of these files to my 550t?
