Upload GPX or TCX files to Garmin Connect ?

Hi Folks - my first post on here..

Is there a way to push a GPX or TCX file from a PC into Garmin connect ? I don't have a garmin device but I usually use an API based app to send rides from my phone.. In this case the GPX file is on my PC from another app and I would like to add the rides from that to garmin connect. - I couldnt see an option for that in the garmin connect pages ??? :confused:

Its ok I found it. you have to click upload, it says you have no devices, but then there's a manual upload button... :mad: :eek:
