Garmin Connect and Tanita BC-1000

Hi,

Currently I have Garmin Forerunner 405CX and I want to buy Tanita BC-1000.
I know, that 405CX does not work with Tanita BC-1000. I only need updates from Tanita in my.gamin.com.

The question is - Will Tanita BC-1000 work with ANT+ USB stick from 405CX package to update data in Garmin Connect?

You can use the USB stick to load the data to Tanita's Health Edge software.

But not to Gamin Connect without a Tanita-enabled Garmin device, such as the FR60.

Any chance that the 405cx will become compatible anytime soon ?
