Nuvi 360 looses sound after update

I updated the software on my Garmin Nuvi 360 from 5.0 to 5.3, along with a few voices and vehicle icons. Everything seemed to work fine using the web updater software.

To test, I specified a local address, then had it calculate a route. I proceeded to drive the route and had no volume....adjusted the volume control and at full setting, is probably only 75% of what it originally was. I've performed 3 or 4 software updates in the past and all worked OK.

Anybody seen this before?
Anybody know a fix?

    Low volume after updating map on nuvi 360

    I also recently updated the map on my nuvi 360 and now I can barely hear the voice. I was told when I called that they did not receive others complaining of the same thing an it will cost me money to have it repaired. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
