4GB Microsd card not recognized by 550t?

I put a Sandisk 4GB Microsdhc card in my 550t.
But I don't think the 550t is recognizing the card.
When I connect the 550t to my pc and go to the web site I go to the
My Dashboard tab and it shows "Free space: 1,004.9MB".
Is there something else I need to do to use the card?
This is a brand new card. I've never used it anywhere else.

I went ahead and tried to download a map to my device.
During the download of the map I got to choose the location for the file.
Either the onboard storage or my microSD card.
I put it on the card and that seemed to work fine.
I also noticed that the card is showing up in Windows Explorer.
Still puzzled why the Dashboard isn't showing me the additional storage on the card.

I also see only my 62S in the Dashboard and not my memory card. Must be the way it works...

Submitted an item to the Feature Request section of the Forum to add support for the MicroSD card to myDashboard.
