Bring back dot racing!

The best feature of Motionbased prior to the move to Garmin Connect was dot racing. This allowed two rides to be played simultaneously in map view. If playing two rides from the same course, you could easily see your relative performance on each section of the ride.

And how about colouring the route track in the map view according to selectable criteria? Like speed, pace, gradient, cadence etc? FOr example, if you colour the track according to speed, the track would be coloured from red to green to quickly show relative speed over the course. Just like Nike+ does.

Does Garmin ever look at these forums? (Dot Racing).

Does anyone actually look at these forums as I would also like to see Dot Racing brought back. This was the most useful feature of MotionBased and I was disappointed that Garmin closed MotionBased before this feature was ported across.

There never seems to be a response from Garmin unless it is something that they want to discuss.

Why is this? Why have a forum unless you actually want feedback?
