GPSMAP 62s max 5 Map Files

I just found out that I cannot use more than 5 map files on my 62s. If I install a 6th file on the sd card it will not show up in the unit, however I can see them all in Basecamp. If I remove any of the map files I can see my maps, as long as there is only 5 maps.

As anyone experienced this problem?

I am not sure about the number of img files I have on mine, I believe more than 5 but perhaps you are reaching another limit, the number of tiles needs to be under 4000 I believe and the total map memory under 8GB. I'm not 100% sure about those numbers but I ought to be close.

Have a look in Mapsource at the number of tiles in the files you have sent to your GPS and the amount of memory (even in MS Explorer).
