device not found

Win XP & Win7
Web updater works.

I purchased lifetime map. When I go to supplied link to update, "device not found".

created account about 2 years ago.
My account shows no products or maps.

When I try to register product, device not found.:confused:

I spent most of the day and got nowhere.
Pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzz help before I shoot it.

cannot detect device

I am having the same problem. Whenever I go to upload, the computer gives me this message. Waiting on help from Garmin reps, but would like to fix now.

Same Problem

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Forerunner 110. Device not found when trying to upload my runs. Was working fine until 2 days ago.:mad:

STILL no device found

Can someone from Garmin please respond! Very disappointed in the performance of this watch! :mad: Is there a fix or what?
