Please help me. I have tried to contact many people but no one seems to be able to help.
The problem is:
I bought a GPSMAP 62s last year(Unit ID x). The unit appeared to be faulty and was replaced. I had already registered the unit on my.garmin.com but did not remove it from my profile.
The replacement unit(Unit ID y) is working fine. So fine that I went and bought a Birdseye subscription. However, I forgot to remove the previous/faulty unit(Unit ID x) that was replaced, from my profile on my.garmin.com and erroneously attached the Birdseye subscription to it.
The problem is now that I cant transfer the subscription from Unit ID x (which I no longer have) to Unit ID y(My current/replacement).
All attempts to contact my local distributors(Garmap - South Africa) have resulted in "Its a Garmin issue, we cant help". and the only support given from Garmin.com is a general help, of which no one has responded to me in a week.
Any solutions/ideas?
